Had a drs appt in the area, did a Google search for ribs and for some reason Dilworths stood out. I love ribs and I will definitely be a consistent customer! I did just have the rib tips but they were amazing!! Tender, hot and nicely seasoned. I heard him in back chopping away always a good sign for good ribs for me. I will be back in to try the rib bones very soon. I'm confident I will be just as happy as with the tips! Gave two stars for atmosphere because the it seemed more like its a take out spot.

Love the ribs. Price is not bad. However if you want a rib sandwich and someone orders a slab after you order you may not get your sandwich if they can't fulfill the slab order and it is a few hours before closing. The portion for the sandwich is just right. Overall i like this place. Service is not rude but it is not welcoming either.

Ordered the catfish dinner. Came out quick, hot and delicious! I started digging in before I took the picture. The Mac and cheese had the perfect home-made consistency 👌🏾.

I had heard about Dilworth’s Barbecue , and was curious, being a lover of excellent grilling. Let me tell you my uncle who’s one of the best Dilworth’s is just that amazing. The customer service excellent really always the same I am now a loyal customer. You will not regret all meats good

Finally found the best BBQ restaurant in the area!!! This a hidden gem 💎! Ordered the rib tips with the side shown and a smoked sausage(sharing of courses) paid only $21 dollars and change. Its worth noting they are welcoming. OG in the front is real helpful and you can tell they all work hard just by that. Also, heard a meat cleaver banging in the back, and thats always a great sign in any BBQ joint. They also mentioned that they also, haven’t raised their prices since the pandemic. That’s worth noting because I just ate at a BBQ joint earlier this week and paid the the same price for 3 little ribs and 2 sides. Here I got my moneys worth with some love on the plate!!! Will return….

When I first started eating here food was good. Now as of this review the restaurant is constantly out of things on menu and the quality of food and amount isn't good. For example I usually get large rib tip as of late you get less for the safe dollar amount and now there dried out and tuff.

Very good ribs & rib tips. Unbelievable prices!!! Lots of food for the price!!!! Top 5 in Atlanta Metro. Mr. Dilworth is a pleasant owner. U gotta go whenever near Lithonia or Eastside.

I am in the middle of eating but stopped to post this. The food thus far is NOT worth the $17 I spent. There were literally 4 spoonfuls of fried cabbage & its gone (not to mention the don't even have cornbread). The mac & cheese is horrid. It has no seasoning & barely any cheese..mac & no cheese. It's very bland & tasteless. I got 2 meats, rib tips & smoked chicken. The tips are good..the chicken is ok. First & last time there. I'm surprised there are so many people boasting about this place, it wasn't what they're making it out to be. Go to Jim n nicks
